Nasal Spray

Step 1
Blow your nose gently.

Step 2
Remove the protection cap, shake the bottle, and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out.

Step 3
Sit up with your head tilted slightly forward and breathe out slowly.

Step 4
Close one nostril, and gently insert the nozzle into the other.

Step 5
Gently squeeze the pump as you breathe in. Repeat 2 to 3 times.

Step 6
Repeat steps 1-6 on the other nostril.

Step 7
Use 2 to 3 sprays for each nostril, three times per day.

How You Get Infected

Contrary to popular belief, a cold is not caused by cold weather. It is caused by viruses transmitted through the air and close contact with the cold sufferer.

They get inhaled through the nose and attach to the nasal lining where they multiply and spread.
