Mix 30ml of BETADINE® Vaginal Douche with 250ml of lukewarm water.
Gently insert the applicator as far as possible into the vagina and press the bottle, until the solution is used up. Wipe dry excess liquid around vagina. Clean the bottle and applicator for re-use later
